It's our blood, our passion. Some people play it once a day, some people play it all day. There is no difference between all of us though, we all love Minecraft, and PMC is the place to show it. Here I'll be discussing what I consider to be the best of us. You may not agree with what I think, but don't just say it. Prove me wrong, prove me right. I'll say what I say, because after all, this is all in my opinion.

It's time to talk about something that I like. I saw this when it initially came up about a few days ago and was pretty stunned by the creation. Magnificent, extra small details, and looking at those renders just makes you wanna be there yourself. Take a look at Hotel Concept and Design [1.6.2] by TheLastGhost06.

They say the small things count, and I don't deny it. It may feel a little out of place in this Minecraft world, but realistic as possible. It features pools, courts, state of the art rooms, a dream hotel on a dream island. Hotels are a common build these days, mostly with a modern look. You can see players just try to get it right, and one detail happens to slip out. This design is much different. It focuses on a modern look while trying to ease up on the usual intensity of being modern. No jut outs that are plainly visible, no smooth looks. It has a modern feel, yet none of the unoriginal modern styles. It's new, it's fresh, and it's pretty good looking. Check it out, the world save is up and you'll be able to explore this finely tuned world.

The most common phrase you tend to hear in conversations is "What if....?" It tends to come to mind a lot, especially in games like Minecraft. We have an open sandbox game that constantly updates with very open-minded developers. Suggestions pop up here and there, and well, for this What if....? I though I would come up with my own.

What if Mojang implemented the long fabled red dragon? Notch originally stated that the Ender Dragon would be the boss and you could tame red dragons. Yet many moons passed and no word. Jeb announced he'd like to do it, but he's been struggling to add it with the complexity of the code and the other work he needs to do. So how could this dragon really work, and would it be powerful or not enough? Let's talk three main features: flying, fighting, and finding. Flying is complex. It would have to be regulated, and not something players can just do for an infinite time. You'd have to balance in some fatigue or some food for the dragon to have balanced flight options, otherwise it's too over powered. Fighting is a different story. Do we give it some sort of weapon or attack? Or do we hope that hitting foes from a fast, flying meat-shield is powerful enough? There should be some sort of limit to weaponry on the dragon, and from how high we can use it. Lastly, finding this dragon and taming it. If easily killed, you need to be able to get multiples. If it's gonna be slightly OP, you'll need to limit it to progressed players and prevent them from using it on weaker players. Tough thought. Overall, balancing it will be the hardest thing to imagine, so Mojang doesn't kill PvP, Survival, or Multiplayer. I was very open-ended about a lot of the things here, so feel free to drop a comment with your opinion, i'm open to discussion about this very interesting topic.

It's been out for a while, and I finally have the guts to bring it up. Let's talk about one of the most widely controversial features recently added, Regional Difficulty!

So, what the heck is Regional Difficulty? It's basically a feature the makes mobs increase in difficulty the longer you stay in an area. it can end up being pretty annoying, especially if you tend to stay in one area. Although players who play peaceful remain unaffected, Hardcore Survivalists might be a little ticked off. Here's a small little "journal" I wrote in every time the difficulty increased significantly. Mode: Easy, Survival, Relaxed Gameplay
