Today I have been pondering something quite interesting..."is minecraft improving or gradually getting worse?" I thought this to myself for hours on end- never coming to a conclusion- until now.

The first things we need to investigate is the updates. Are the updates getting any better, or are they becoming more and more mediocre? because the way I see it; we used to have major additions (i.e the hunger bar and items being added or modified.) but nowadays...all of it seems worthless. I don't want to say this let alone think it but, minecraft is coming to an inevitble end. Sure things like horses and emeralds are mixing stuff up, but do we really need that? we can get both of those things in modpacks or mods, so, what is the point of all these "updates" when they add hardly anything or switch up the game in any aspect at all...

Basically what I'm saying is...how about a new mechanic that ACTUALLY changes things up? not just decoration and mobs, but mechanics. e.g a new bar to be added.

Anyways, you can always post your opinion in the comments below, thanks :D

I don't like horses, but I think minecraft is getting better. 1.5 was the best update. Comparaters are so useful.

I wouldn't say it's getting worse, It's just getting more complex, whether that's good or bad is up to you.

Improving.
If you don't like an update, go back to the one you like and play in forever alone land.
