i can help first you have to change to file you want to put up for download into a zip or rar file using winrar or 7zip or any other archiving program. then on a file sharing website like media fire or rapidshare something like that you have to upload the file onto one of the websites so you get a download link then just when you want to put it on this website at the bottom of the page where you put all the info of your project thats where the link goes and thats how people download it it if this didnt help i could try to make a video for you showing how to do this but i dont know if i can but i could try no promises hope this helped and if you didnt get a part i can explain it in more detail
