The Inception Minecraft server is really fun. They have a warp that takes you to the 1.17 world, where you can mine copper, amethyst, etc. In this video, I was trying to find amethyst, and I found it a lot quicker than I thought I would. You can use a silk touch pickaxe to get the crystals or amethyst shards. Amethyst is nice to look at, and it makes a really cool sound.
