LOOKING FOR SERVER ASAP!

Hey Guys,

I've been looking for a server and was wondering if you could suggest any good ones. Somthings that would be nice to have included:

bukkit
greifing aloud
stealing aloud
factions
PvP
iconomy
shops
jobs
freebuild

I've been looking for somthing with like battles between factions and making goups. Were factions would like greif each others bases and all out fights against each other and stuff like that. I found a couple but i would get to play like 5 mins on them and it would disconnect me and say its offline for ever. So yah if you have any uggestions please post a link in the comments.
