making a server need help with it

i need help on a server im building. whoever helps me i will either op them or give admin depending on how much you help this will be the best server with new commands (must comment for commands) with 2 new mods on it and on it only no one else can get these mods im a modder fyi i need help. When the server is done whoever helped the most i will give them the server depending on how theve done on it prescribe at the bottom dont forget to comment for new commands thx. if you are great with building castles and mansions i need you i will make you co-owner depending on when you sign up for it thx you guys
