Hi, Im Joechar and this time Im going to teach you how to make your own texture Pack!!
I made A special Texture Pack Starer and here is the download link: www.mediafire.com/?dfde6z7srt9zz9q

1. Download the stater and it will have all the thing you can edit inside so you wouldn't need to search around for stuff.
2. unzip the folder
3.download Gimp (the image editor I use) you can also download stuff like photoshop etc.
(I recommend Gimp because you can ask me if there is any problem.)
4.make a copy of the Texture pack stater and name it the texture pack name you want.
5. open the image with gimp and edit it.
6. When you are finished with it you can use it!!
