if you are you are a bad map maker (I have never seen a Level 1 Map Maker)
Level doesn't always show skill. It does at later levels most of the time, but I have seen level 15s uploading junk. I have also seen some amazing things from level 1s.
And if Hypixel were to create an account here(Not sure if he already does, but we will assume he doesn't) and posted his maps, he would have amazing content, he would have made amazing maps, but still only be a level 1.
