McMMO Need Help!!

Is there a way anyone can help me stop mcmmo from making my server lag because without it on my server has no problems when we had about 35 people on then once i got mcmmo i couldn't even hold 10. so whats going on? and it was making my server have roll backs when ever i restart the server and the roll backs were like 10 or 15 min before.

You can always get rid of it. It's a terrible plugin anyways.
