1.4 is packed with command blocks, flower pots, bats, witches, new sounds, beacons, cobblestone and mossy stone walls, carrots, golden carrots, potatoes, rotten potatoes, baked potatoes, wither boss, heads, item frames, new potions, better sideway log placement, bug fixes and more!!
