Minecraft chatting system

Ever play a minecraft server with a plugin/minigame like factions and team fortress where you need to communicate fast and to only a group of people? It's difficult if you cant use skype or anything along those lines to talk and quickly communicate.

If you ever played games like Garry's mod or team fortress 2 you would know they have a structured chat system they still have the typed chat but the typed chat is also has a general chat and team chat.

These games also have a voice chat that can be activated with a hotkey and the voice communication also has a team and general option for chatting. It also comes with an option for admin to global mute but when no admins are on and someone is micspamming you also have the choice for a client side mute.

I think minecraft should have a voice chatting option like these games for gamemode where you need to communicative quickly on bigger maps or just for easy and convenient chatting maybe a toggle button for those who don't like to use mic chatting
