Minecraft client broken?

Is anyone else having problems using the client at the moment I've been trying for 20 minutes to go on and it won't load if you have any solutions or similar problems let me know.

Its coming up to the release of 1.3 and there is always issues when its near the time of a update.

mmhmm, they will still be updating the servers and getting all the minor updates out of the way. Its always a possibility thats what they are doing, it does not mean 1.3 is coming out right now though.... just think logically.
