It's actually not hard to change the ending credits to Minecraft, following these steps you can change them easily.
Search for %Appdata%
.Minecraft (This is it's name.)
Bin
Minecraft.Jar (Open with a program such as WinRAR)
Title
win.txt
You can edit the 'win.txt' (as I've said before) when you kill the Ender Dragon and go into the portal, it will display your edited credits. You can also edit the 'Splashes' on the Minecraft menu, it is also in the Title folder under 'splashes.txt'

Have something to say?
You can also edit textures in Minecraft without using resource packs! (I do not recommend this though, as it is risky)
