Is Minecraft Dating ok?
out of all the questions, you ask me that?
Fine fine, i was a little rude.
ok so, Minecraft dating.
First off, Minecraft Dating in my opinion is bad. Very bad.
Second off all, why would you want to do it?
Why Minecraft Dating is bad
First reason: Your "love" could somewhat be a 54 year old gay crazy man.
Ok, so here is probably what will happen if you start to date online:
Your walking through the server when you see this guy/girl with a cute skin. (i know i sound like a girl right now.) So you go up to him/her and they notice you and just stare. soon yall start talking to each other. You tell the person how attractive they are and yall soon fall in love. every day you join the server and talk to your love. You start to walk with each other and play games with each other. <3 awwww oh sorry ill continue the story. One day you guys are chatting and you ask them if they have Skype. They say yes and you ask them if you want to Skype with you. He says no, but you know there twitter username cause they told you. You look up some of there friend's pictures and they are all 40 years old. You ask them how old they are, and they say 42 at first and come back at you and say, "im just kiddin baby, im 16." No. They are not kidding. So, at that point, you start to think. And you evantually find out he is really 42.
"Whoops." you tell yourself, feeling stupid of what you have done.
What to do if the 42 year old keeps following you
Well, you could contact the server owner and tell him, or you could just stop joining that server, and join a server with players looking for games, not love.
Minecraft dating could also be dangerous, like if you "accidentaly" told them all about you such as your phone number or address. They could come to your house and steal from you or mabey even hurt you. So, My answer to You, is No, Online server Dating is NOTok.

However, dating online, has become a big part of today's society and stats show that 1/3 of all the married couples in the United States met each online via dating sites. If you wanna expand in your area of dating, by all means join a dating site that was made for that specific reason. But honestly, minecraft is a game. And a game has no reason for people to date (Unless the game is like the lame IMVU.) If you're gonna play minecraft omn servers, then play it.
One last thing, even if my words have no affect on you and you still wanna date on minecraft, then keep your "relationship" in private messaging that servers have. Many many MANY people (including me) Don't wanna play on a server and see 11 year olds making lovey dovey too each other. There's my two cents :p peace.
