Ok so first of all im not sure if all of you reading this know what the new minecraft EULA thing is and I will try to explain as much as I can with the understanding I have of it: Mojang have had a crap ton of complaints from angry parents asking for thier money back because there kid just spent 100 dollars on a mincraft server getting a kit and they dont understand why they have had to pay because they allready brought the game and to solve this problem mojang have made a rule that everyone is equal on every minecraft server (sort of)

These are some conditions and stuff - ALL SERVERS have to comply with the  EULA by August 1st, 2014. You can charge for access to your server. You can charge players as regularly as you like. You can even charge for timed access if you think it’s the best way to monetise your server. You cannot charge for any part of a server. Only the access. Once on a server, all players must have the same gameplay privileges. You may make a different server which features “premium” areas, and charge for access to that server instead, but the benefits cannot carry between servers. You can charge for minigames and mods. You can offer timed trial periods to your server as long as the trial and paying people have the same features. You can not sell kits if they effect gameplay you can only sell them is they are cosmetic. You cannot have people pay real money for in game money.

And there are more conditons as well but this would go on forever if I said all of them :P.

Ok now ive kinda explained it I will say my opinion. So I don't personally own a server so its great for players like me that we dont have to put up with those annoying flying diamond armour people on kitpvp but in a server owners point of view this is bad news because there server could quite easily go bankrupt, they still have ways of making money but in my point of view I dont think they're gunna make as much. So I think when this rule is enforced we will see alot of servers close down (mostly small survival servers D:) I am mostly against this rule but I agree with some parts of it. Its annoying how some servers are Pay to win and people win purely beacuase they spent real money but buying kits and gameplay affecting perks is proboly the best way for servers to make money I dont think servers will get as near as many donations when this rule is put into action and I also dont like it how you will have to pay to enter some servers I like having access to every public server even if im not as OP as some donators.I also dont like the fact like some servers will be subscribton based like an MMO. But I dont blame mojang for enforcing this rule I blame some parts of the minecraft community. (Im not going to steryotype :P)

Anyway guys thanks for listening to my opinion and this is my first blog so sorry if its really crap XD anyway thanks for reading :D BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
