Minecraft EULA!

Hy everyone, I am just writing this to ask about how people think about the EULA. I have seen other servers who still have donation ranks and they are doing nothing about it. I just wondered how these servers are doing it? Because minecraft servers are going to be extinct at this rate because people cannot offord the servers to stay up!

Also if you know anything about how these servers are doing it post a comment.
