Minecraft Extinction?
"Will this really happen!"

Reason:
So here is the story. I have been asking my cousin David which is 22 I believe but anyways I have been asking him to get Minecraft for quite a while now about 2 years I finally said enough and bought a account for him which is Xzayvier anyways me and him came upon a discussion the other day about Minecraft the discussion was will Minecraft ever go into Extinction he believes it will eventually die out I also believe this he believes it will happen within the year. I believe it will happen within the next 3 to 4 years. My explanation is because of all the recent and frequent updates that have been happening for example in 1.3.3 or 1.3.4 they are adding some new blocks from what I've heard. Now his explanation is that it will die out just because. He hasn't played the game at all yet. So his explanation makes no since whatsoever.

What You Think:
Please tell me when you believe Minecraft will die out or if it will ever happen which I hope it doesn't.

Mojang is adding horrible updates that are not necessary. They are simply sitting back and enjoying the profits right now. I think a new game will come and totally blow away minecraft. This is when Mojang will start working hard to compete. So maybe in about 1 year or 2.
