Many people have been having issues about hackers here is how you can track them down.
Xray:
You can teleport to them and check if they are mining directly at diamond or any valuable ore and ditching every other ore that stinks like coal, gold, redstone, iron, etc.
Forcefield: You can test Force fielders by getting two players one in front of them and another behind and if both are getting hit you can tell he is using a hack client.
Clients: If your a staff member on a server an other way you can detect them is if they got a cape from nodus because in the game you wont see the cape unless you have the client
Sprint hack: If a player is standing still and it looks like their sprinting they are odviously hacking unless the player is trying to get there a field blocking the path witch makes it look like he is glitching when he isn't.
Radar: If your shifting behind a wall and if the hacker goes to you directly out of know where he is clearly hacking
If you own a server here are some plugins that can partially stop hackers:
Ore Fuscator: Blocks people from xray by putting fake ores all over the place so its almost impossible to lag out, but its really laggy!

Nocheat, Notcheat+ and ++:
Stops fly hackers, speed hackers!

Spam Protect:
Kick players that spam from the server!

World Guard:
Prevents people from griefing by protecting areas that you need protected!!!

Core Protect:
Lets just say someone griefed your whole entire server! Lets say you dont even know who done it.. Well with Core Protect it can tell you who broke what and you can also role it back so to the time it wasn't even griefed!
