Minecraft Idea: Colored Ladders!

I honestly can't believe they haven't added this yet its simple different ladders for example in the latest snapshots they have Spruce Trapdoor, Birch Trapdoor, Jungle Trapdoor, Acacia Trapdoor, and Dark Oak Trapdoor the same with buttons but why not with ladders? I have builds with dark oak for example and the ladders look so out of place different ladders would be PERFECT!
UPDATE:For crafting these ladders you could surround the wood of your choice with 8 ladder like stained glass

How about some sort of dying the ladder maybe surround the wood of your choice with 8 ladder like glass

It's not always a good thing. Take the colored beds for example. Before, if you have 1 white wool, 1 gray wool, and one black wool, you could still make a bed. It was the basic red bed, but you could still make one. Now you have to have three of the same wool color to make a bed, which means running all over the place hoping to find the same color sheep. Right now at least we can still make a ladder from any mixture of wood because all wood makes the same kind of sticks.

Very true. But it is most likely you will usually have all white wool.

Well to have that happen we would need sticks of each type of wood and that's a bit unnecessary.
