Ahh, the armour we all strive to obtain. Diamond Armour, the sole protector of your body and one of the most darned expensive things to get in Minecraft. Okay, that was a joke. Diamond Armour is as easy as any other armour to collect if you're up for a few journeys. Well, as mentioned by CreeperLadMC, it's too easy to get.

The logic:

Diamonds are heavy, even in small quantities and the vast majority of diamonds are small. So, let's think about this together:You're wandering down the plains of Minecraft feeling like Mr. Oh-so-powerful with your enchanted diamond armour which you oh-so-definitely risked your life for. Sorry, I'm ranting on. Anyway, here's a life size diamond -- small, isn't it? Now, look at your chest and imagine 8 of these planted on it. It doesn't work, does it? They seem too small... well, that's because they are. In fact, it seems almost impossible for diamonds covering your body in that proportion to protect you from anything, let alone a creeper! So, how could this be fixed? Simple! Gather a few mod makers, or even contact the development team and ask them to maybe possibly probably make a realism update to make things more, uhm, realistic. Job done.

Now, again with the weight of a diamond. The weight of an average carat diamond is 1.18ct which transferred to pounds is 0.0005202909 pounds, and that is very light. But adding it out from out the previous paragraph, a diamond set should take at least 1000 (as mad as it sounds, it may as well be true, judging from the size and weight!) diamonds to make a set, as mad as that sounds. Instead of sprinting around in your fully plated war gear, you should be strolling on your day to day walk with your chicken with a slowness effect. This seems somewhat normal, right? You should try running in fully plated diamond armour in real life - trust me, it's impossible! That was a joke, too c:.

Thanks for reading this "Minecraft Logic" article. This was suggested by Mr. CreeperLadMC, so thanks a dozen from him!

Quick question - would you like to see more colour on these articles to spice them up, or are they fine as they are?

It is only spelled armor in the US. Everywhere else, armour is the preferred spelling.

Th thing you'll notice is that the diamonds you make the diamond armor from are crystals, which are highly breakable. It would break instantly if you got into a fight, especially if it hit a weak part of the crystal.

Minecraft Logic: Swimming

Needs to happen. Would be amazing. Like it. Want it. Need it. Have it.

Also keep in mind that my elytra gliding into water it actually makes the swimming look semi-realistic, if that would help in the article.

Needs to happen, will happen. That'll be my morning blog. Yeah, I'll take the elytra and semi-realistic swimming effect into account. Cheers.
