We've all had our encounters with mobs, whether is be creepers, skeletons, zombies, spiders or witches. You fight them every day and every night, but they keep coming back. Now, this is impossible. Life is either given either from birth or grown. As far as I am concerned, there are no natural baby creepers in the Minecraft world.
The logic:
Think about this: you as a human are born and raised, you get taught how to live a life and how to follow a path. Now, 3 mobs in Minecraft are human and formally human. The Skeleton, the Zombie and the Witch. You don't usually encounter these in groups, and they attack you on sight. So, what do you do? You kill them. You clear an area of zombies, but more keep coming back! From where we do not know. Spawners are our only source as of now and they only spawn mobs at a certain light level and at a certain radius. Is there a secret form that we don't know about, an underworld beyond the Nether and the End where souls are consumed and placed back onto the plains of the earth? This is even too illogical for the Minecraft Logic series!
As of 15th August, I will be gone for about 5 days. I'm visiting the lovely Wales with the family. If possible, I will try and make at least one Minecraft Logic blog. Once I am back, I can continue on my daily (or close to) blog uploading for the Minecraft Logic series.

In conclusion, mobs must come from somewhere, but where is another story. Who is behind the resurrection of these monsters? Who holds them whilst they are resurrected into a new form.

Have something to say?
Secondly, you cant necessarily go in-depth scientific when it comes to Minecraft. There is no real science behind any of it, so it's quite a struggle.
Like I said, I may try it, but if it doesn't go well then I will have to drop it. Thanks for the recommendation, though.
