Hey guys, newcomer31 here! This is my second tutorial, and this time it's about the Wither Skeleton.
The Wither Skeleton
The Wither Skeleton is a dangerous mob that only spawns in the Nether Fortress. Kinda tough to find them. Basically, Wither Skeletons are the Nether cousins of Skeletons. Wither Skeletons use stone swords and are over 2 blocks tall. If you are on normal or hard difficulty, and you get attacked by a Wither Skeleton, you will be inflicted by the Wither effect, which darkens the health bar and damages the player, for 10 seconds. When a Wither Skeleton is killed, it may drop coal or bones. Very rarely it will drop a Wither Skeleton Skull and the stone sword it was holding. Wither Skeleton Skulls are used in creating the new boss, The Wither. Wither Skeletons, of course, is immune to fire and cannot be damaged by sunlight. Some Wither Skeletons can pick up items, such as weapons and armor.

Fun Fact:
There are Wither Spider Jockeys, which is weird due to the fact that Wither Skeletons are nearly 3 times bigger than spiders. What's weirder is that where would you find spiders in the Nether!?
