- Mojang have hired pixel artist Jasper Boerstra to update Minecraft’s default textures http://www.minecraftforum.net/news/60608-mojang-hires-pixel-artist
- The changes will be released as a resource pack for the Minecraft community to review
- This will then be released as the default resource pack over all versions of Minecraft
