HELP! - So I made a Minecraft Server, Port Forwarded and everything. But the ip changes like every day or when my internet goes down and I reconnect! How can I make the server have 1 ip all the time. When I port forwarded, I used my ipv4 address. I would appreciate all help! Try to keep it simple, because I am not the best at this. Thanks!

The problem is your Internet Service Provider. Call up whoever you're buying internet from and ask them to hold off changing your IP so much. Mine only changes once every couple weeks depending on security risks.

DSL providers do it the most, or so I've heard.

Is there anyway I can do it using no-ip?

Since you're running it from home, the simplest way would be to buy a domain name and direct it to your IP address. Unfortunately, that means you still need to manually change it every now and then.
