Help! - Minecraft Program

Hi, Im trying to make a .jar downgrader and I need the jar to download into their bin. Well to do that I would have to type in this: C:Users(THEIR NAME)AppDataRoaming.minecraftbin. The problem is that I cant keep editing my program so that it their name in the (THEIR NAME) spot. My question is: How do I get it to automatically go to their User without the coding saying: copy C:Users(THEIR NAME)AppDataRoaming.minecraftbin?
