Snapshots are amazing things in minecraft, kind of like the future update! :D (But earlier. Double :D)
These new ones include:
Witches
Bats
Anvils
Beacons
Armored mobs
Zombie Villagers
And more!

MINECRAFT SNAPSHOT 12w41a UPDATED!

-Mojang added a new block, the "Anvil" for repairing, merging, and naming items. :D
-Mojaing added a option for cape owners to hide their capes ingame.
-Effects that are given by the beacon will be less intrusive on the screen.
-The level up sound only plays every FIVE levels.
-More Bug fixes, and tweaks! (There is a lot of these lol)



MINECRAFT SNAPSHOT 12x40a

  • Some new minor terrain additions for the witch
  • A new flatworld configuration now allows you to generate trees, strongholds etc
  • Several new NBT tags for items (intended for custom map makers)
  • The pick block action now works on items!!! :D
  • Pressing the 1-9 hotkeys while standing over an item will put that item into your inventory!
  • The left-click action will no longer open doors, pull levers, push buttons or open trapdoors. (NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!) Use the right mouse button!
  • The firespread has been slightly nerfed to prevent never-ending spreading fires
  • EVEN MORE bugfixes & tweaks! (I told you there would be alot lol.)

  • The lighting system is now overhauled.
  • lots of blocks now interact correctly with lighting! (stairs, slabs)
  • A few sound tweaks
  • Mojang fixed the glitch where the Witch is white.
  • EVEN MORE bugfixes & slight tweaks! (LOL!)
