Ghost Mod?

I very rarely play on single player. I always go on a server called Oakenhawk.

On that server I used to have a cat. It was my first pet, I did not know much about them, so it died. I got a new house in this cool community and I forgot all about him. Then I got a Dog, named Ripjaw. He is a great Dog. Then I invited a friend of mine to live with me. He had a cat, we named him Ravenpaw. (From the Warriors series) We desided to share Ripjaw, and Ravenpaw. We built them a room to share underground. Somehow, Ripjaw must have stopped sitting and teleported up to me, but he must have drowned or suffocated on the way. He died. He was a great dog.

Me and my friend built a little Cobblestone Slab where I found Ripjaw and dedicated it to Ripjaw. We want to make a Ghost Ripjaw, do any of you have a mod that would allow this?
