Minecraft Texture Bugs :|

Hey guys, I have been having this little bug were the textures are screwed up I have tried EVERYTHING I can to fix it Re-Download it, Deleting the .minecraft folder and downloading it again, I just wanna know what started this I didn't do anything I was just playing Minecraft had to get off one of my worlds and went on to another one to build something I wanted to build and went back to the other world and my textures were glitched if you can help me I would thank you and MAYBE, I said maybe subscribe to you, So please help. :3 Thank you :3 I can only show one pic I on;y show the tools
