After i installed modloader my minecraft.jar is missing and idk how to to install mods now. The only mod ive put on so far is better then wolves whitch is good but could this mod be the reason ir is it modloader

The .jar is gone? Try re-downloading Minecraft using the force update option, then modding from there.
