My Idea for a mod would be a mod that includes all realm portals in one mod and new realms.
It would include, Twighlight forrest, Aether Mod, Moon mod, and many more new and other realm portals.
I am not sure if there has been another entry like this.

well the mods would have to be installed for the blocks on the world (aether grass, moon block etc. )

I think its based of zelda. There is a mod that creates a whole new realm called the twighlight forrest
