Hello this is jumbodrawn. I think that it is completely unfair that only high level players can upload mods. If you agree with me PLEASE comment and contact the pmc devs so that we can get the ability to upload videos again. The reason this is unfair is because the best way ( and probably the easiest way) to level up is with mods. Also it is very unfrair when you make a mod and your not allowed to post it!! I believe that if we team up we can make the PMC devs stop this rule and let the newbies make our mods!!! I understand the reason this is happening is because all of the noobs are posting mods that dont change anything, but pmc has devs that can delete those.
If you know hat level you can post mods please tell me.
