I'm here to explain you how to (really) optimised your FPS.

You've got a 32 bits system? You want minecraft to run faster? So read the following.

1st method :

Open your control panel, open JAVA, settings' temporary internet files, "select the jar files' compression level : HIGH or MEDIUM.

2nd method :

windows+R : %APPDATA% ---> Roaming ---> .minecraft : Open options.txt and add this sentences :

Frameratecapglue:30
Frameratecap=60

You can change the numbers.
