My Freind cant connect to my server

i need to find out why my freind cant connect to my server i was thinking of playin its better together and such but he cant i know i need hamachi but it says i need to port foward but i dont know how to do that if you know how to do that put it in the comment section BELOW.

Sounds like you just need to port forward or set up hamachi:http://www.planetminecraft.com/blog/how-to-make-a-minecraft-server/

@thefungi yea its not whitelisted i even cant connect to his server it says:

Connect something:connect

is it just him or everyone cant get on? maybe you have whitelist? and make sure your freind has bought the game if he hasnt he cant get online..
