HI! u know the hp bar and u must wait till u get healed
why not make a hp potion that heals u, food potion to fill up the hunger bar, and the sprint potion that u sprint in 10 min
and u don't lose so much hunger!

please recommend and comment if u think it is a good idea
but if u are a good modder why not make a mod for 1.8 :D!

I think something that doesn't require to always feed and always have to have the food bar up because of sprint might help.

You idea might need some refining to it, but it's a good start.

sounds good but i would make something like special medcids that you can craft or some fluid that somethimes comes when you break a block (like silverfishes in 1.8 they come out of blocks)
