My Love Poem, Happy Valentine's Day!

(Disclaimer: I've never claimed to be a poet and i made this at 10 o'clock at night. It did take me over an hour, though, so i hope you like it!)

I'd sit for hours like a leaky bucket
People filling me with love, but never thinking it was real
I'd fill my head with stories of romance,
Hoping one day that it would be real.

I'd almost lost hope, then
To my great delight,
You my perfect Toasty_Yeen
Strode into sight

With the help of a friend
And a blessing from the LORD
You accepted my feelings
Without another word

You patched my leaky bucket
And overflowed me with love
It took a lot to get here,
And I thank my God above

Now I'm happy as can be,
Though i long for the day
Where we can be together physically, but until then...
