So today i got a new comptuer, its a dell inspiron with 4GB Ram and i got the JRE 7 and JDK7 and Minecraft but i cant seem to run it. I never get this error unless im not conected to the internet, but i am. Minecraft is down becuase my friend can play so its only me, since i havent opened mc on my computer yet i cant play offline becuase it needs to download itself. Heres a picture:
