So this blog showcases my Fanmade The Galaxy Railways Locomotives that I have drawn! This is also for the Train Jam too! The Galaxy Railways is a 2003 anime series that involves Trains in space! The planets are connected via The Galaxy Railways and the lines are protected by The Space Defense Force or the SDF for Short. I highly recommend this series, even if you’re not a fan of Trains this series has a great story, lessons and action! Now to my Drawings!
The First Fanmade Locomotive is my Favorite of the Three I’ve made: SDF G0449 Blazing Light
Based on Southern Pacific Lines GS4 #4449 this engine is the main locomotive of my Fanmade Platoon: Polaris Platoon. Most of the engines in the series have a real life basis but they aren’t truly accurate to their real counterparts
The Next Fanmade Locomotive is SDF G0094 Black Diamond
Black Diamond is based on the Pennsylvania Railroad A5 Switcher Locomotives. The number 094 is a reference to PRR #94, The only surviving engine of its type. Like Blazing Light, Black Diamond isn’t 100% accurate to her real basis. As of now I don’t have a Fanmade Platoon made for Black Diamond to be its locomotive
The last Fanmade Locomotive is SDF G0208 Black Thunder
Black Thunder is based on the Pennsylvania Railroad E6 Atlantic class passenger locomotives, The main difference between Black Thunder and a typical E6 is the Tender, I gave Black Thunder a Vanderbilt Tender since the real E6s had a very blocky and rectangular tender which I’m not a huge fan of. One of the E6 class locomotives survived scrapping : PRR #460. Like the other two locomotives Black Thunder is not 100% accurate to her real basis, I also don’t have a Fanmade Platoon for Black Thunder to be its locomotive
As a bonus piece of Art here is a sketch I did of Blazing Light’s number plate (along with so other various sketches)
Welp I hope you guys enjoy seeing these drawings! At most the drawings of the Locomotives took about two to three days to finish so they were well worth it to draw as they are not lacking in detail!
