8. Punishmental: Awesome tool for trolls
7. Vault: Its an awesome econemy plugin
6: GroupManager: One of the most easiest rank plugins out.
5. Idisguise: Very fun to trick players with cool types like /d player swaggy_k101 or /d wolf
4. WorldEdit: Very useful for lazy builders, like me
3. Lockette: Use this if you have a stalker
2. Plotme: Normal players love to be in creative, hey you may even find some good builders for your server.
