NEED GROUP MANAGER HELP

Some thing is wrong with my group manager file, I think. The Default group was not allowing people to build so I deleted the group. I am not sure what happens next, so if someone who is excellent in the Group Manager plugin AND the general Essentials Plugin please help me. Post a comment with your IGN, and Skype name (optional).
