Another user and I came up with some neat ideas and I thought I would share them with you. Please take the time to leave a comment if you have any thoughts about this!

Nether Enchantments

A lot of people have been asking Notch to add enchantment tables to random dungeons, or at least add enchanted items into the chest but we have come up with a better idea.

Nether Fortresses could hold enchantment tables that will give off one enchantment despite having experience available for the exchange. The level of the enchantment would only be between levels 1 and 20. This would allow a user to gain an enchantment on their item with no experience lose. This makes it difficult to get to and worth getting to. Once enchantment is used the enchantment table become colorless letting you know it has been used.

This makes creating the enchantment table just as hard as finding one in the nether fortresses. Enchantment tables require diamond and obsidian to be made, so placing one in a nether fortress with 1 enchantment on it would be equal value due to the difficulty of finding the fortress and navigating the nether.

Also, creating your own enchantment table would allow multiple enchantments, depending on your current level. While finding one would give an enchantment despite your level being 0.

Enderdragon & Items

After killing an Enderdragon you receive 1 Enderegg and a portal back to the over-world (after credits). So, once back in the over-world the Enderdragon should re-spawn in The End and become stronger than the first time you encountered it. This would make the enderdragon more difficult each time you encountered it.

Not knowing what the Enderegg will be used for at this time makes it difficult to say this idea would work.

Basically you would receive a new list of items that could be crafted after killing the enderdragon that wold be stronger than anything you could craft in the past. (Swords or bows)

Next time you encounter the Enderdragon you would have stronger weapons and enchantments that would allow you to defeat it despite the increase in health and strength of the Enderdragon.

Some of the items we have come up with would be:

1. Soul Blade

2. Dark Blade

3. Holy Blade

4. Battle Ax

5. Clay-more

6. Slingshot, this would be more for fun and would also require a hammer to bust cobblestone into small rocks.

7. Hammer, would be used to bust cobble stone into small pebbles that could be shot in the slingshot.
