Hi, and welcome to my new series, New Mob! I will be telling you about a type of mob I thought of, like in this case, an Ender Squid! If you are a modder, feel free to make a mod for any of these ideas. Ok, so leto s dive in!
The Ender Squid is a boss mob. It can be found deep in the Atlantis dimension. The Atlantis dimension can be accessed through an Atlantis portal. These can be found in underwater ruins, usually found far out in sea. If you explore the ruins, there will be a giant temple, and in that temple you will have to navigate through an underwater maze to find the portal. Warning! If you enter the portal, you will have to fight the Ender Squid! So, when you enter the portal, the world is flooded, and under 200 blocks of water. You will spawn at one side of the main city, and the Ender Squid spawns at the other. There are many outer cities, suburban, and rural environments. The Ender Squid can move 3 block per second underwater at max. In the cities, some buildings have pockets of air for you to refresh.
What the he doeso ¦
The Ender Squid has several attacks, he can fire air blocks at you (Yes this refreshes your air, but it also does a heart and a half). He can fire out several squid minions who will ram you every several seconds, doing half a heart. He can create a whirl pool, and pull you in, then push all of the water out throwing you back and doing 2 or 3 hearts. Lastly, he can charge you. If he accelerates at a building, or even anything, he can burst through (Except bedrock, or obsidian). It will do about 2-3 hearts. Using the air blocks, he has many patterns, such as a rapid fire at you, or spinning in a circle firing them. Any squid in the bosses range it turned into a squid minion. After he gets to 25 hearts, he starts to do the harder moves he can do. Also, in all of the towns there are hidden health units that restore his heath. Like the Ender Dargon.

Agility: Glides a few blocks when sharply turning, but pretty good
Health: 100 hearts
Challenge level (On a scale of 1-100 for all of the subjects, then added to be out of 400)
Strength: 60
Health: 70
Defense: 70
Strategy required: 80
Average: 270, medium-hard
How to fighto ¦
The way to fight him is
Ao ¦ Fire the air blocks back at him. This will require an Atlantis sword, only obtainable through the atlantis ruins. The Atlantis sword is only as good as a stone-iron sword.
Bo ¦ Shoot arrow. If you fire an arrow, he will try to swipe at with his tentacles. If he blocks it, it will fall to the ground.
Co ¦ Build small walls of sponge, and when he fires at them, it will bounce them back.
Do ¦ Dodge him when he charges, then hit him in the back (This is the hardest, yet most effective)

What to bring to the fighto ¦
- You should definitely have a aqua respiration helmet (Number || would probably be needed)
- Full armor would help win
- A large supply of arrows, and a bow (Enchanted to be more powerful would help)
- Potions. Potions of swiftness, strength, night vision, instant health, ect. Would all be a useful contribution because with swiftness, youo ll move faster under water, for better movements, strength to shorten the length of the fight, increasing survival chance, night vision should be almost definite, because you are under 200 blocks of water. Youo ll have lots of trouble seeing otherwise. Instant health, if you would get hurt
- Lots of blocks of any kind (Obsidian or sponges especially) so that you can make or patch part of wall EnderSquid rams, or make an indestructible fort, or sponges for deflection
