This is sort of a short rant blog and I don't mean to hurt anyone or start any trouble this is my opinion. ~Nyan Out
What do you mean no diamonds?
No diamonds has to do with PMC how many creative and unique people out there rarely get diamonds and has over 60+ views or downloads and not even a single diamond.
What is your concern?
My concern is it's not fair, I know it's people decision to diamond anything they would like but imagine all that hard work the person has put into that skin/mod/texture pack or anything else also how much planning goes in the progress it just doesn't seem fair to me.
What do you want us to do?
Well this is your decision, but you can at least diamond a skin(or any other thing) you like or has seen that will really help the person who has created it instead of downloading the skin(or any other thing) and just leaving the page,try to diamond it.
What if we don't like the skin?
This is a really simple question like I said it's your decision to diamond a skin or not. if you don't like the skin just don't diamond it.

Honestly, even if something took a little time out of your day, it might not necessarily be good in the eyes of the community.
What... Why aren't there any diamonds? I had a skin that only got 1 download, but had 6 diamonds...
I really don't see the logic in the people who view skins.
What I think is if you like it you diamond it and if you love it you download it...
