Here we are, my first blog. I won't dilly dally, I'm going to jump straight into it. Noise. That's what this blog post is about. More specifically, why people hate it, and makes your skins look like a pixie threw up on a glitter-covered piece of... well, you know. Crap. But, there are some practical uses to Noise, which I'll explain down the line.
1. Noise - IT SUCKS.
Don't do it! If you're afraid to shade your skin because it's going to take too much time, or feel like it'll make your skin "pop", then you're not the brightest bulb in the meat locket. Get what I'm saying? The only thing it's going to pop is the vein in people's foreheads when they see it, because they feel like their eyes are being force-raped by an ugly Sith lord... who was thrown up on by a pixie. Not fun. So don't do it!
2. "What is 'noise' exactly"?
Noise, is (in the short version), scrambled up pixels to make something look like the literal translation of the "White noise". You know, when you tried to look at scrambled pr0n and all you see is that fuzzy white crap and that incessant BUZZZZZZZ-ing noise? Yeah. That crap. Its crappy, rapes everyone's ears, and is just not fun.
3. You mentioned "practical uses" for it a second ago, how can you say its crap?
What I meant was, if you just throw noise on something to make it look like you know what you're doing, and to make it "pop" as I said, you're stupid. Just stop using it, that simple. The practical use, however, is for SMALL details. A ruffled collar for a shirt, or the shoulders of a shirt. 5% noise can make something that you don't want to be shaded, slightly messy looking to get some added effect. You're not going out drinking with a pixie to have it barf all over your skin; no. You're giving it a few glasses of wine, so when it burps, you catch that noise that comes out, and lightly apply it to one or two areas, SMALL areas, of your skin.
4. So all in all, you're saying noise sucks, but if you use it, make sure it's barely at all? ...That's stupid.
YOU'RE STUPID! If you think noise is going to help you out, then go for it and watch as everybody shuns your skins because they look like they're covered in pixie puke. Nobody likes it, game over, you lose. Now, if you apply is gingerly, and only in a few tiny spots, it can have a small improvement on your character. So, just get it through your head. Okay? Jees. Like talking to a bunch of monkey's high on... pixie vomit.
5. Huffing or mainlining?
Does it really matter?! It's pixie vomit! Now leave! Go! We're done here!
Thank you for taking time to read this Public Service Announcement, please resume your normal lives. Smell ya later.~
