I felt like a lot of people seem to misunderstand the whole thing about coming out or being anything but straight. i didn't want this to be too meta or dark, but i did want to make some kind of meaning out of this. This song really stands out to me, because it's about wanting to be treated like a normal human being even if people thing you're different. It's especially about how this person feels like he has to hide the fact that he is gay, when the only thing he wanted was being treated with equality. If you look closely at the cat in the drawing's backpack, you can see i put a Russian flag to symbolise it's in Russia, Which if you didn't know, is a very homophobic country. I also made the cat in this picture wear a cross, to symbolise that she is Christian. It pains me to see people think that gay Christian people aren't real Christians, This has happened to me once or twice and it's really not something to think or say.

Ok. I from Russia (and I'm a white manly man traditionalist lol). Gays are people, of course, but our tradition, doesn't include same-sex marriage.
P.S. traditionalism ≠ fascism
The problem is the people who view people who are Homosexual, Bi-sexual, Pan-sexual or anything that might not be integrated into peoples traditions yet, as less than others.
And to display a kind of realism, i chose to use Russia as a representation. That does not mean i think of Russia as this terrible place, because it's probably great :D
ps, in Denmark it's tradition with hetero relationships too, so i totally get it :D
or is that bad because homophobics are mean?
idk anymore
