hi, thegemerboy here, and in this tutorial i will show you how to resize your pixel arts, without blurring them.
for this tutorial i will use paint.net, i use it for everything i make, its free and beast.
i will also use an iphone i made, with angry birds running :3

1: go to "image" in the top bar and click on "resize"

2:select in "resampling" "nearest neighbor. by this, it will not get blurry

3: i mostly use 240 pixels width and the automatic height, because its the perfect size for pics on the forum

4: resized!
