Hey Everyone!
I'm going to write some recommendations I think would be good improvements for PMC. :D
If you have any other suggestions, write them in the comments and I'll add it to this (with giving credit of course ;D)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Automatic Diamonds For Downloads:
Most people on here put a lot of time and effort into their creations that they post on here. For example, amazing skin designers dedicate a lot of time making skins that everyone loves and downloads. However, I've noticed that most people will download the product but won't diamond it. I believe that if people like it enough to download it, they like it enough to diamond it. My suggestion would be an automatic diamond for a download. That way people won't "forget" to diamond it because it will have automatically been done. Now, if you think that I'm saying this just because we're greedy and want diamonds you're wrong. People put their work out to share it and it isn't about the diamonds, but it feels very good to us when we do get diamonds; it's like a small personal victory. I know it's super awesome and it brightens my day when people give me diamonds for my work.
2. Comment Section On Personal Profiles:
Most sites have comment sections on people's profiles and I believe it should be one here too. Some people might think that messages are enough, and that PMC is about putting your work out there instead of socializing; but people like me see great work and want to leave a quick comment on their wall maybe saying things like " I love all of your work! can't wait till you post more!". That wouldn't be good in messages because messages should have a little length to them, and are there for conversations. Comments are there for quick thoughts about something that don't need replies.
3. Blog Length Rule:
I've noticed that more and more blogs are becoming small quick, and less quality than older blogs. There would be a word, or length requierment that you have to go past in order to be able to post. The other day I saw someone post one thought about a topic that was summed up in one sentence, then they said "comment, favorite, subscribe!". That just isn't good quality and isn't worth the spot it holds. When I mean spot it holds I'm referring to the PMC homepage when you scroll down and it will give you the recently updated of everything. Good quality blogs are not being advertised because of these short little messages that are taking their places. You guys can hate me for saying this, but I put thought into everything I post. I have an idea, so I write it down, I either research or I think about it until I feel like I have a good quality piece then I post it. I believe that most bloggers on here do that too. They spend time trying to make quality things people enjoy and those should be the blogs on here, not a few sentences so that person can say they put "work" out.
4. Warning Messages From Staff:
Before I start, I'd like to just say that I'm friends with a moderator on here and he is AMAZING; like seriously he's the best! We talk almost everyday and he's just super amazing to talk to. Now anyways, moderators don't give any warnings before they take your work down. I know you should read the rules but sometimes we just make a mistake and I think that they should send a quick message to the user saying they need to fix the thing in question before they just remove it. For an example, I was new to making skins and I read the rules about uploading origional content and such but I didn't know about the whole page of rules PMC had. Instead of sending me a quick message saying "Your skin is too simple, please add more shading", moderators just take it down. It's kind of angering really. I woke up from a nap (I know I know XD) and got on to see that my skins were taken down without a message of any kind. Another example that a lot of people have problems with is placing it in the right spot. Some things like contests people think belong in blogs, but they actually belong in the forums; before just taking everything that was written down, just send the person a quick message saying "Please move this to the forums". Messages might take a few seconds longer, but it's a nicer way to go about moderating people's work.
5. Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down Button:
In the comment section, there should be a thumbs up or down button. This is for when you read someone's blog and you agree or like a comment someone has already posted, or if you want to say the same thing, you don't have to make another comment saying you agree, or like it; you just hit the button. If you don't like what someone has to say but don't want to add anything to the comments, hit that Thumbs down button ( I would reserve this for mean comments that add nothing to the post). That would make it so much easier to get feedback from people, because not everyone wants to post comments on people's work but don't mind hitting one button agreeing or disagreeing.

Others Recommendations:
1. Banner Picture On Profiles:
Banner Pictures on profiles at the top.
I believe this would be a good idea because it helps personalize the person's page. It would make it more of their own, rather than just a generic PMC page.

2. Staff Only Contests:
How about Staff Only Contests? Some feel like because contest participants are staff members they get an unfair advantage (maybe not intentional) but it can happen.

3. Banner Reports:
Just like all the other areas in PMC, there should be an area where you can report an inapropriate banner. Yes it might be abused, but if it's set up like all the other report flags for the other catagories, it shouldn't be.

Hope you enjoyed!
