This plugin is a shop making plugin, with features that I think would make building a server shop much easier. There are only three permissions, and two commands, so it isn't such a hassle to use. Here's the list:
es.use.makeNothing here!Allows player to make a shop sign
es.use.balance/balanceCheck how much money you have
es.use.adjust/price <item name> <price>Change the price of an item

Now, here's how to make a buy-sign, and a sell-sign:

[BUY]

< quantity> <item name>

<price>

[BUY]

[SELL]

<quantity> <item name>

<price>

[SELL]

And that's it! Remember though, that all items' default price is $10.

I might take a stab at this sometime, but let me tell you that this (and a few other plugin ideas) are alarmingly similar to already existing ones.

Well the Shop Sign plugin the server I'm at uses has a syntax VERY similar to this...  Plus, if you're allowed, you don't even have to designate a sign as a shopsign. If the sign is written like that, it automatically allows the buying and selling of whatever product it is assigned to.
