Plugin ideas for a server

HI who ever is reading this, I have a server which sooner or later I'm going to put up on PMC. (Hopefully soon) But firs I want to download a whole bunch of plugins to were my sever can be, some what, one of the bests.
I just need some plugins that would make it fun enough for people to enjoy it. Also I need one that blocks TNT. Anyway just something that will make the server fun for ops and the non ops.
So if you have any idea of some plugins it would be great if you told me them.
