So, here's some solutions that on my mind...

Mods are trustable guys or ladies. Again, they are 100% finale. You'll get a message(don't feel happy first!!!), maybe... you'll see : SUBMISSION REMOVED! They will include you the reason. ex: spam, stolen stuffs, etc.

->Good Image = Good Attraction
You'll see a lot of stuffs in PMC of course! You may ignore any bad or stupid images, for ex : in projects, you give a steve image. That's unfunny right? That makes : REEPUTATION Downnnnn..... So, make your image as best as possible.
Some things you may use :
Lens Flare -> PERFECT!
Shaders -> PERFECT!
Some Blurring -> GOOD!
Texts ->OKAY!
Weird images -> THIS IS SUCKS, [censored for kids]!!!

-> Good Image + False Things = SUBMISSION REMOVED!
Okay. as i said before, Good Image = Good Attraction.
False things -> ex : The Big Adventure, nothing inside the world map
or Modern house, only normal survival map
So, if x=2y, y=abs(z), and z=-cos(x+y). What is x, y and z??? So, if you make lielielies, you know.

This one gives good XP for you. But, again. DON"T make lies!
My opinion is:
65% original
10% good image
15% trustable
10% unoriginal, stolen or bad
the bad one is need to improved.

This is the nice thing to give you XP again. oCd is one popular!
My opinion is:
20% original
10% good image
25% trustable
45% modification, stolen,etc.
->I recommend you to use multiple image editor ->photoshop as the effects, GameMaker(sprite editor) for sketch

This is the smallest XP giver EVAR!
My opinion is:
1% Perfect!!!
4% Good!!
5% Okay!
90% worst
--> I RECCOMEND YOU TO GET SOME SKINNING TUTORIAL BEFORE MAKE SOME RANDOMM SKEENZ!
