Hello,When I was new to PMC (Planet minecraft) I thougt it was hard so here is little help:

1.go around in projects,skins,blogs and evrything and watch the comments so you learn from the higher experienced guys

2.upload a thing fast(but with not like spam)like a skin,so when you got it uploaded thats a chance that somebody download it or view it and then you will slowly gain xp

3.help your downloaders to understand your thing or do anything that helps them if they ask for help.If you do this they maybe want to subscibe you and help you in the future

4.upload a thing of very high qualtiy that you maybe have been working a very long time on like this http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/philips-realistic-hd-not-relased/ and if your thing is very good you probably gain alot of xp
